| Spa services are available by appointment. We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To reserve any spa services, we require a credit card or gift certificate number. |

| We have a 24-hour cancellation policy: |
We aim to provide our clients the highest quality service and we pride ourselves on our exceptional staff. When you reserve time with us, we always guarantee your appointment and the full service length (if you are on time). If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we not only loose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have taken your scheduled appointment time. For this reason we are still obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for our lost revenue.
But, we're reasonable. We understand that things "come up." Therefore, we only charge 50% of the services that would have been rendered and only if we cannot find another client to fill your slot. However, if you fail to appear for your appointment without attempting to cancel your appointment beforehand, a full fee is charged to your credit card for missed appointments that are rescheduled or canceled less than 24 hours or 48hours on spa packages. This is why we require a credit card from you to guarantee your reservation. |

| We will exchange any defective products within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. |
| It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. You may like these so much that you wish to use them everyday in your own home! Our skin and body care lines are mostly organic and therefore subject to variability in harvest, temperature, and other conditions. These products are also based upon medical research and therefore may be subject to variability during the manufacturing processes. If you ever experience any problems with pumps or other sub-optimal reactions to spa products you've purchased, please bring them back within 14 days of purchase and we will exchange them for you for other products or spa credit of equal value. |

| Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates or gift cards. If you find that a gift certificate or gift card is damaged or lost during shipment, please contact Arvilla Skin Care and Spa at 303-758-5145. |

| Series Of Treatments Return Policy: |
| We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on our spa series of treatments that are purchased. We will exchange them for you for other products or spa credit of equal value. |

| Check In: |
| We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are a first time client a profile form will need to be completed prior to your service. |

| Late Arrivals: |
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times & will be responsible for full service fees. If you are more than 15 minutes late please plan to reschedule your appoitments. |

| To guarantee a relaxing visit for all Arvilla guests, we ask that you please mute pagers and cell phones during your visit with us. We appreciate your courtesy to our other clients. |
